What payment methods does YuriLink accept?

YuriLink accepts bKash, bank transfer and cash on delivery. For bKash and bank transfer you send the amount yourself, then upload a photo of the confirmation — there is no transaction ID to type. Our finance team checks it against the statement before the order is confirmed, usually within a few hours.

How do I track my YuriLink order?

Every order is split by seller, and each seller shipment gets its own status and courier tracking number. Sign in and open My account, then Orders, to see the current status and tracking details for each shipment.

Can I return an item bought on YuriLink?

Yes. Once an order is delivered you can request a return from the order detail page. The seller reviews the request, and approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.

How do the “buy 2, get 1 free” offers work?

Add enough of the qualifying items to your basket and the cheapest of them is not charged for. There is no code to type and nothing to tick — the free one is picked for you at checkout. The seller chooses both numbers, so some offers are buy 1 get 1 and others are buy 3 get 2; the product page says which, and the basket tells you if you are one item short.

How do I sell on YuriLink?

Register as a seller with your trade licence, national ID or passport, and payout details. The YuriLink team reviews your documents, and once approved you can list products and manage orders from the seller dashboard.
